The construction process of aluminum and glass doors at The Hien 

1. Preparation of installation materials and labor

2. Proceed with the construction and installation of aluminum and glass doors

+ Evaluation of products to be constructed, including actual construction and installation topographic survey

All activities in this section are supervised and evaluated by Installation Technical Supervisor personnel. The team leader directs the distribution of products from the foot of the project to the area to be installed so that:

2.1. Positioning the frame outside the door

– Analyze and obtain installation standards

– Position the outer frame in the right position and in accordance with the design

– Millet, cushion: Align the pitch of the corners, gaps between the frame and the wall

– Illumination, Li – Vo: Fine-tune perpendicularity, parallelism, curvature – hammock, distortion.

– Take a seal and drill to temporarily install the outer enclosure frame into the wall.

– Use Screw – Hatch M8 x 90 with airtight area and low floor (3rd floor and below)

– Using Screws – Expand M10 x 100 with the remaining areas – Spacing of adjacent screws £600 mm

2.2. Re-check the door frame and door

The wing frame structure is a component that has been tested for operation before shipment and packaging. In theory, it has been aligned to work well with the enclosure frame through a metal accessory system.

In fact, due to the impact of non-standard wall panels, the shrinkage of the Screw – Expansion, the frame structure may warp and distort, so it is necessary to fine-tune the position of the wing frame when installing it into the envelope. Some requirements during and after positioning:

– Tighten the screw for the last time for areas that do not require further adjustment, temporarily tighten the duck for areas that need further adjustment.

2.3. Insert glass into wings and install accessories

2.4. Finishing doors and accessories

– Calibration of operating mechanisms such as: Hinges, transmission rods, locks, latches, sliding wheels... so that the door is operated smoothly and the gasket is tightly sealed.

– Check and re-tighten the calibrated positions

– The drilled and cut-out holes on the Profile are covered with specialized plastic caps

– Apply additional oil and grease to the PKKK working position (if necessary).

2.5. Silicone Glue Pump

– Use FOAM glue (a type of expansion glue that hardens the frame when dry and waterproof): pump a thick fill into the entire circumference of the gap between the outer frame and the wall, the amount of glue must be enough to overflow the edge of the gap (pay attention to saving).

– After the FOAM adhesive has dried (about 30 minutes after pumping), use a special cutter to peel off the excess glue (overflowing the edge of the gap).

– Use a specialized neutral glue to pump it to the outside of the gap between the bag frame and the wall. Pay attention to specifications and aesthetics according to standards.

– Requirements: the process of pumping glue must not dirty the surface of the Profile or the construction site, do not leave it near the source of fire or splash on human eyes.

2.6. Cleaning and finishing before handover

– Clean and grease according to the instructions for metal fittings

– Cleaning of glass and open profile surfaces

– Do not peel off the profile protective paper

– Construction site clearance
